  He was born on March 30, 1957. In 1980 he graduated from Voroshilovgrad State Medical Institute. In 1980-1982 he was an intern, a surgeon in Krasny Luch. From 1982 to 1991 he was a urologist at the Luhansk Regional Hospital. From 1986 to 1991 he was a graduate student at the Research Institute of Medical Radiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Obninsk). Practical developments of scientists of the leading institution of the Soviet Union Komarevtsev VM was the first to implement in the practice of the regional hospital - ultrasound diagnostics, interventional interventions under ultrasound control, including percutaneous nephrostomies, transurethral resections of the prostate, participated in the creation of the first in Ukraine distal lithotripsy center. In 1991 he organized the first in Ukraine NMR center - tomography, until 1998 he worked as its supervisor. Since 1998 he has been working at Luhansk State Medical University as an assistant, associate professor, professor (2003). In 2002 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Neurohormonal regulation and pathogenetic mechanisms of apoptosis in cancer." Since 2003 - Head of the Department of Urology and Surgery. Author of 80 scientific publications, 3 monographs. Prepared 5 candidates of medical sciences.

  Professor Komarevtsev VM performs consulting work on the basis of the urological department of LOKL and urological department of Rubizhne city hospital, Kremen district hospital and operates according to the requirements of sanaviation in the cities and districts of the region.

  Professor Komarevtsev VM has the highest medical category in urology and radiology. Operational activity of professor Komarevtsev VM is 180-272 operations per year. In 2007 prof. Komarevtsev VM introduced a new technique for performing surgery in patients with kidney tumors; introduced new plastic operations on the urinary tract.

  Under the guidance of Professor Komarevtsev VM introduced new methods of diagnostic tests - MRI, Doppler imaging of the vessels of the genitals, the study of hormonal profile and tumor markers.

  Komarevtsev VM passed many months of internship in universities and clinics: in 1988 and 1992 - in Germany (endoscopic methods of operations), in 1991 - in the United States (urology), in 1992 - in Switzerland (NMR tomography ); in 2004 - internship at the Medical Faculty of the University of Budapest on the implementation of the Bologna system; in 2007 - at the Russian Military Research Institute in order to master the method of remote lithotripsy; in 2008 - at St. Petersburg Medical University on the introduction of new technologies in the surgical treatment of complications of urogenital pathology.

  In 1992, Komarevtsev VM was admitted to the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology, whose members are only 16 CIS citizens.

  Professor Komarevtsev VM is the chairman of the professional association of the Luhansk center of urologists of Ukraine; member of the specialized council for the defense of dissertations; member of the attestation commission of the Main Department of Health of the Regional State Administration for Surgery and Urology. He heads the CMC of surgical profile of LugSMU.

KARASYOV IHOR EDUARDOVYCH

  Labor way. He graduated from Luhansk State Medical University in 2010 with a degree in Medical Affairs. According to the state distribution, he was sent to work in Svativske RTMO as a urologist.

  In 2012 he completed an internship in urology (based on the urology department of LOCL). On August 1, 2012 he started working independently in Svativska CDH, where he worked until September 2018. Since September 2018 he has been working as an assistant at the Department of Urology and Radiology of LSMU.

  Clinical experience. Carrying out all methods of examination and treatment (including surgical): - patients with pathology of the urinary and genital systems, - oncourological patients, - pathology of the genitourinary system in children. Providing emergency care for diseases of the genitourinary system. Counseling of patients with urological and nephrological pathology; incl. pregnant women.

  He held the position of district urologist of Svativsky district (from 2013 until the liquidation of the institute of chief freelance health professionals).

  Qualification. Urologist of the first qualification category.

  Research and practical interests: general urology, minimally invasive and endoscopic urology, pediatric urology, operative urology, oncourology.

  Academic education. He graduated from the full-time graduate school in "Urology" (2015-2018) at the Department of Urology, Oncology and Medical Radiology of the State Medical University "LDMU" (by state order, with separation from production).

  The main directions of scientific activity. Biochemical markers of apoptosis and its inducers in the diagnosis of urological pathology, in particular in urolithiasis.
