LIST OF EDUCATIONAL COMPONENTS:

     The following educational components will be taught at the Department of Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine and Anaesthesiology in the 2021/2022 academic year:
1. For national and foreign full-time students enrolled in the educational programme “Medicine” of the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality 222 Medicine:

• Anaesthesiology and intensive care (5th year
• Emergency and urgent medical care (5th year)
• Phthisiology (5th year)
• Occupational diseases (5th year)
• Epidemiology and principles of evidence-based medicine (5th year)
• Elective components (5, 6 years)

2. For full-time students enrolled in the educational programme “Pediatrics” of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 228 Pediatrics

• Anaesthesiology and intensive care with features of childhood (5th year)
• Phthisiology with features of childhood (5th year)
• Epidemiology and principles of evidence-based medicine (5th year)

3. For national and foreign full-time students studying under the educational programme “Dentistry” of the second (master's) level of higher education in the speciality 221 Dentistry

• Propaedeutics of internal medicine (2nd year)
• Internal medicine (3, 4 years)
• Infectious diseases (4th year)
• Epidemiology (4th year)
• Phthisiology (4th year)
• Epidemiology (4th year)
• Emergency and urgent medical care (5th year)

4. For domestic and foreign full-time and part-time students studying under the educational programme “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy” of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 226 Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy

• First aid with introductory medical practice
• Extreme medicine (3rd year)

     In addition, the department provides highly qualified training of interns of the first and second years of study in the specialty “Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care”.

     The Department's lecturers also conduct the educational process with interns of related specialities in the following thematic cycles:

• Anaesthesiology and intensive care for interns in Obstetrics and gynaecology in the 1st year of training;
• Medical genetics for interns in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the 1st year of training;
• Emergency Medicine for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care of the 1st year of study;
• Organisation of emergency medical care in case of emergencies for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Particularly dangerous infections for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Problems of HIV, viral hepatitis for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Phthisiology for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Paediatric Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care for interns in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Immunoprophylaxis for interns in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in the 1st year of training;
• Clinical immunology for interns in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the 1st year of study;
• Infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis, acute respiratory infections, immunoprophylaxis for interns in Internal Medicine of the 1st year of study;
• Resuscitation and intensive care for interns in General Practice - Family Medicine in the 1st year of training;
• Infectious diseases with a course in pediatric infectious diseases for interns in General Practice - Family Medicine in the 1st year of training;
• Clinical immunology for interns in General Practice - Family Medicine in the 1st year of training;
• Particularly dangerous infections for interns in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatovenereology, Pediatric Otolaryngology, Clinical Oncology, Urology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Radiology in the 1st year of training;
• HIV, viral hepatitis for interns in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology and Venereology, Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, Clinical Oncology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Surgery, Radiology in the 1st year of study;
• Transplantation for interns in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dermatovenerology, Paediatric Otolaryngology, Clinical Oncology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Neurology, Pathological Anatomy, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, Radiology in the 1st year of training;
• Phthisiology for interns in Dermatovenereology, Paediatric Otolaryngology, Clinical Oncology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Radiology in the 1st year of training;
• Clinical immunology for interns in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dermatovenerology, Paediatric Otolaryngology, Clinical Oncology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Psychiatry, Surgery in the 1st year of study;
• Immunoprophylaxis for interns in Dermatovenereology, Paediatric Otolaryngology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Urology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Radiology in the 1st year of training;
• Phthisiology for interns in Internal Medicine in the 2nd year of training;

• Phthisiology for interns in General Practice - Family Medicine in the 2nd year of training;
• Intensive care, resuscitation, emergency medical care in paediatrics for interns in Paediatrics in the 2nd year of training;
• Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care in Paediatric Surgery for interns in Paediatric Surgery in the 2nd year of training.

     The department also provides secondary specialisation and internship cycles in the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care to meet the needs of the region in training highly qualified specialists in this field.
