HAYDASH IHOR SLAVOVYCH Position - Professor, Head of the Department After graduating from high school №25 in Luhansk, he worked as a turner-miller at the locomotive plant named after the October Revolution. From 1979 to 1981 he served in the Soviet Army. In 1981 he entered the evening preparatory department of the Voroshilovgrad Medical Institute, and in 1982 he became a student of this university. Since 1986 Gaidash IS - the first and most active member of the student scientific group of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology, led by Professor VM Frolov - Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology. Outside the curriculum at the university, he studied immunology in depth, mastered a wide range of immunological techniques. In the 6th year of study he passed an internship in the immunological laboratory of the Latvian Hepatological Center, Academician of the Latvian Academy of Sciences Bluger AF (Riga). He was involved in the implementation of self-supporting scientific topics of the medical institute. During his student years he co-authored 14 scientific papers. He reported the results of scientific research at conferences from student to All-Union levels in Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Lviv, Makhachkala, Novosibirsk. After graduating with honors from the Voroshilovgrad Medical Institute in 1988, he studied in the clinical residency and graduate school of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology. During his studies he had an internship in the laboratory of streptococcal infections of the Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after NF Gamalei (Moscow), in the laboratories of cytogenetics and immunogenetics of the Research Institute of Genetics (Moscow). He received the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in 1991 (Luhansk, specialty code - infectious diseases). Dissertation topic: "Clinical and pathogenetic significance of immunogenetic parameters and treatment of erysipelas". Scientific advisers: professor VM Frolov, Professor NO Peresadin. From 1991 to 1992 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology, in 1992-1994 - Assistant at the Department of Therapy, Faculty of Non-Diploma Education, Luhansk Medical Institute (Head - Professor V.Ya. Plotkin). Since 1994 - Assistant Professor of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology. He received the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences in December 1996 (Kyiv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases named after LV Gromashevsky, specialty code - infectious diseases). Author of 338 scientific papers, including 41 inventions, 16 monographs; 5 textbooks and 3 textbooks on microbiology with the stamp of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. SHABELNYK OLEH IVANOVYCH Position - Associate Professor He began his teaching career in 2000. He has been working at Luhansk State Medical University since 2005. Total work experience 17 years, teaching experience - 16 years. He received the degree of Candidate of Sciences in 2005 (Luhansk) on the topic of his dissertation "Influence of different methods of inactivation of Salmonella toxins on the production of cytokines and cyclic nucleotides by monocytes, neutrophils and enterocytes in vitro."
