The project is implemented in partnership with the GoLocal NGO with the financial support of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
Project implementation period: October 2019 – October 2021
The goal of the project is to increase the capacity of Lugansk State Medical University to provide high-quality, modern and innovative medical education and to train highly qualified medical personnel.
Project Objectives:
- Restoration of the university library and filling it with modern educational materials.
- Providing access to the plagiarism check system.
- Purchase of USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination), which allows Ukrainian and foreign students, doctors to use American test bases to prepare for the International Fundamentals of Medicine (IFOM) and USMLE.
- Establishment of a telemedicine center. The center is designed to provide specialized medical care and support to remote settlements in eastern Ukraine (paramedic stations and medical institutions) using network and computer resources.
- Creation of the TISC regional center.
- Conducting a student scientific conference "Modern medicine - a step into the future", May 25, 2021.
- Purchase of equipment for the Simulation Center
