On September 16, 2021, the Regular Conference of Undergraduates was held, which established the structure, powers and procedure for direct secret elections of representative and executive bodies, namely representatives to:
- University Council for Education Quality – 2 people;
- Academic Council of the University – 2 people;
- Chairman of the Trade Union of Students of Luhansk State Medical University – 1 person.
We ANNOUNCE the submission of applications for the above mentioned categories.
All candidates must submit to the Student Election Commission:
- A certified copy of the passport (first and second pages (or a copy of the ID card), a copy of the document with name and surname in English, in the absence of a document with name and surname in English – indicate the correct spelling in English in the application).
- Applications for participation and consent to the processing of personal data should be handed in to the group monitors.
Acceptance of documents from applicants will take place on 20.09.2021 from 15:00 to 17:00 at 39, Budivelnykiv Str.
Elections of representatives in these categories will be held on September 23, 2021.
