The project "Support for the Recovery and Development of Lugansk State Medical University", co-funded by the European Union, has carried out a number of renovations in the rooms of student hostel No. 1 at 5 Simon Smith Street, Rivne.
The issue of accommodation of the educational process participants is crucial, as a significant number of our students and staff are internally displaced persons, so the EU project has also provided for the renovation of some of the rooms in the hostel No. 1.
The renovation work in the hostel has now been successfully completed, which involves replacing old wooden windows with new plastic ones, replacing the front door, replacing the floor covering, repairing the plaster of the interior walls, repairing the ceiling, plastering and decorating the walls and slopes, replacing electrical wiring (including switches, sockets, lamps). All this has improved the conditions for comfortable living for students and staff.
The project implementation is continuing.
