- On the day of the examination in the institution of higher education, it is prohibited to conduct other activities, including laboratory and practical classes, control and final activities, public defense of dissertations, etc.
- Institutions of higher education determine the routes of undergraduates to the auditorium of the exam and form a schedule for admission to the building where the exams are held. Routes and admission schedules should take into account the time required for thermometry and prevent the formation of crowds.
- Before the beginning of the examination, temperature screening is carried out for all persons involved in the examination (undergraduates, proctors of the Testing Center, responsible persons from among the employees of institutions of higher education):
Persons with a body temperature above 37.2ºC or signs of respiratory diseases are not allowed to take the exam.
In case of non-admission of the undergraduate to take the exam, the proctor and the responsible person from among the representatives of institutions of higher education draw up an act.
- At the entrance to the building where the examinations are held, institutions of higher education shall organize places for treatment of hands with alcohol-containing antiseptics with an active substance concentration of more than 60% for isopropyl alcohols and more than 70% for ethyl alcohols:
Places for hand treatment are marked with a bright indicator of the need for hand disinfection (banner, sticker, etc.).
- Admission to the building and participation in the examination is allowed only in protective masks and respirators:
Respirators can be used throughout testing.
Protective masks should be changed at least once every 3 hours or if the mask is dirty / wet.
Admission to the institution of higher education of accompanying persons, except for persons accompanying undergraduates with disabilities, is prohibited.
- Seating of undergraduates shall be determined in advance, observing the distance between them not less than 1.5 meters and not more than 50 undergraduates in the auditorium:
Additional information (posters / banners) on the need for respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette is posted at the exam sites.
During the exam, in favorable weather conditions, it is recommended to open the windows with the front door closed.
- Containers / bins with a lid for used masks with a clear bright mark “USED MASKS AND GLOVES” should be placed on the territory of the institution of higher education.
Please note that in case when the State Commission for Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies decides to move the city to the “red zone”, the city will have a number of restrictions, in particular, access to classrooms for the exam will be allowed to undergraduates only with one of the following documents:
- “yellow” or “green” COVID-certificate, foreign COVID-certificate;
- document on receiving one dose of vaccine - form 063-O;
- international vaccination certificate;
- negative result of PCR-test or rapid test for COVID-19 valid for 72 hours.
