The Department of Social Medicine, Health Care Organization and Polyclinic Work of the State Establishment “Luhansk State Medical University” (Rubizhne) invites you to a course of thematic improvement (TI) on the topic: “Marketing and management in the health care system”; secondary specialization and training on “The organization and management of health care” from 04.10.2021 and during the academic year.
To enrol trainees, you must provide the following documents:
- Application;
- Extract from the order of business trip;
- 1 photo 3 * 4 (for aircraft);
- consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
- Photocopies (certified by the Human Resources Office);
- passports and TIN;
- diploma of graduation;
- certificate;
- employment record book;
- marriage certificates (for women in case of surname change);
