OE Oksenyuk, an assistant of the department, was appointed the person responsible for the implementation of educational work among students in the fixed premises of the dormitory (minutes of the department meeting № 1 dated August 29, 2019).
According to the plan of visits (2 times a month) the assistant Oksenyuk OE inspects the dormitory rooms assigned to the department. At the same time, attention is paid to the sanitary condition of public premises and rooms, the availability and observance by students of the duty schedule.
During the visit, the curator helps to solve the problems of students' lives and, if necessary, solves issues on the spot with the commandant of the dormitory. The results of inspections are displayed in the control log located in the next dormitory.
